Skinworld is the brainchild of Drew Bedson (that's me by the way) and, a product of the good natured and comptent work of a code specialist named Dawid Bransch from Poland.
As half owner of The Skinnery, and, lacking a coder I hired Dawid however, the other half owner refused to work with him so, amicably with Mike, we cut our losses and made our own site - with a few differences.
- we code this stuff like nobody else. 40 skins and counting. Takes us a half day per skin on average.
- we don't view these skins as the family jewels so practically give them away at a fin per.
- we understand that there are probably over three million customers out there so, we know we can find places to sell them.
- we all have day jobs so this is an interest and activity program for us as we enjoy seeing our products in action.
- we all love taking the mystique out of this pretentious line of trade. If we like you, we help you. People attempting to provide for free speech should be helped, not preyed upon.
In short, we are here to get you the right skin for your forum. And, if you have a custom job on a skin you own, we can do that too for a whole lot less than the guys who built it can.
Oh, and every skin we sell is available in 2.3 as well just in case you don't feel like changing. All for the same price of five dollars.
